Ni pngalaman aq di apotek niiiy..

Sinopsisnya dulu ya:
Minggu pertama di apotek masih excited karna pengalaman baru,
Minggu kedua bosen karna kerjaannya prasaan itu2x mulu dan mulei
muter otak gmana caranya biar ga bosen karna waktunya masi lama,
Minggu ketiga jenuh dan mulei nemuin pelarian(makan2x, gosip,dan lain-
lain..hehehe. .),
Minggu keempat seru dan mulei beradaptasi dgn lingkungan kerja,
Hari2x terakhir betah bgt di apotek dan ga mau pergi!!heu.. aneh..

Ini lengkapnya:
Klo kerja di KF 51 mah asiklah,,orangnya baek2x bgt,,berasa
dilingkungan rumah aja,,dikasih keleluasaan bgt buat ngelakuin/nanya
apa yg qt mau dan qt perluin ilmunya..Kerja di sana brasa ada di
skeliling kaka, ibu, bapa sendiri..dibimbing bgt sama smua2xnya..asal
qtnya juga rajin nanya2x,,gpp deh ngerecokin yg lg kerja, asal masih
batas wajar ma sopan aja ngerecokinnya. .

Di sini smua orang sgt di-manusia-kan, ya kalo ada teguran skali2x mah
wajar, namanya jg dunia kerja, brhubungan sm watak orang yg beda2x,
apalagi KP di apotek ini jg brhubungan sm nama baik instansi besar
dan nyawa manusia jg..Gimana pinter2xnya kita nempatin diri sbg anak
KP aja..he..

Teteh2x SPGnya juga asik asik..qt aja yg KP februari kmrn suka makan
bareng (alias kabur bareng di jam kerja,,hehe. .), trus pas dah beres
KPnya juga masih pergi bareng bwt nonton Ayat-ayat Cinta ampe nangis
bareng teteh2x SPGnya di bioskop,,eekekekk. .

Kalo soal kerjaannya emang lumayan cape,,shift pagi sih ga terlalu
cape, resep yg masuk kadang banyak jg, tp seringnya malah banyak
bengong ato mondar mandir ngerecokin ptugas apotek yg laen aja bwt
nanya ini nanya itu…ato buat sekedar curhat dan gosip;p

Nah kalo shift malem di atas jam 5 mulei deh rame bangedh!!Resepnya
bejubel!!ampe numpuk!Ga sempet duduk ato kabur semenit pun..(pernah
nih mu pulang jam 8, eh dipanggil lg karna ada resep masuk, akhirnya
pulang jm 9 deh,,heu..). .ampe kadang lupa waktu jg trus lupa makan
(red:lupa kabur buat makan malem,,hihihii, ,), tau2x dah jam 9
malem..FYUUHH! !

Kita jg dkasi kesempatan buat ikut ngeracik obat yg beneran ngeracik
sndr(tp ya dgn catatan obatnya dah di ACC dulu sm AAny..), ato kalo
emang lg rame bgt kita ngeracik bareng juru raciknya karna keteteran
kalo harus ngerjain smua sndr mah,,maklum blum expert..heu. .

Waktu februari kmrn sih qt kebagian menata ruang apotek ma swalayan
jg, berdebu2x ria, bantu2 ngangkat barang, bantu menata barang naro
ini naro itu,.,yah pengalaman merchandisinglah intinya mah,,hihi..Dan
pastinya sering makan2x juga,,apalagi pas stock
opname..hmm, ,yummy..hehe. .bikin makin smangat bantuin stock opname ;p

Intinya sih, se-riweuh, seberat, secape, sekotor apapun, mumpung lg
KP dan pny ksempatan yg leluasa bgt di apotek orang, kerjain aja apa
yg bisa dikerjain drpd bengong,,ada ilmu yg qt ambil ko dari smuanya
itu..dan kapan lg kalo bukan pas KP ini..

Ilmunya sekecil apapun berguna bangetlah buat yg mu buka apotek sndr
(minimal tau nama2x obat yg banyak dipake orang;p),,Trus kita
apoteker jg harus bisa turun langsung, meskipun itu (kasarnya) kerja
nyapu2x,,Jadi apoteker tuh ga cuma bisa duduk di balik meja kerja dan
liatin smuanya dr jauh mentang2x posisi manajer,tp jg harus tau soal
apa yg dikerjain sama karyawan2xnya. .

Soal PIO di 51,kita justru ga perlu minta bwt diijinin nyoba PIO,
malah kita diajakin sm apotekernya buat latihan ngasi PIO, tapi nah
ini dia yg paling berat, kita masih ragu2 bgt buat ikut ngasi PIO
walopun bareng AA/apoteker pendamping, jd paling ngasi PIO buat obat
bebas/yg umum2x kita kenal aja yg rada pede,,

Klo obat resep yg aneh2x sih emang ikutan diskusi jg ma pasiennya
tapi kebanyakan mah ngedengerin aja si AA/apoteker pendampingnya
ngomong apaan ke pasiennya,,hihii. .(daripada salah info!nyawa orang
taruhannya:p)

Oyah satu lagi, di apotek juga kita jd operator telepon,,hahaha, ,
kerjaan sepele sih kliatannya,, tapi ttp ada ilmunya, soalnya yg
nelpon itu ga cuma yg minta barang, tapi pasien yg mu konsultasi jg
suka nelpon, jd kadang ada PIO juga yg lewat telpon..dan ini bisa
jadi latihan jg, satu tangan sibuk megang telpon, tangan lain sibuk
megang ISO,MIMS,OOP, bahkan kamus kdokteran,,plus latihan PIO tentunya
walopun kadang bahasanya amatiran,hahaha. .serulah pokonya!!!

Kalo soal Standar Pelayanan ato Pharmaceutical Care ato PIO ato
apapun itu soal praktek apotek yg ideal banget emang belum sih,,dan
smua jg ntar taulah gmn knyataannya di lapangan,dan emang susah
diterapin karna hambatannya jg make sense aja sih,,,yg penting mah Do
Our Best aja kali ye,,hehe,,yg penting maksimal & efektif,sukur2x
bisa mencapai sempurna & ideal,,,^_^

Tapi justru dari yg ga ideal inilah kita dpt ilmu, jd jgn disepelein
jg karna ilmu itu sekecil apapun dah jd bagian yg berguna bgt buat
kita, paling ngga buat kompre nanti..(hehe. .),,paling ngga pas
ditanya apotek/apoteker itu apa, bisa jawab..(amiin) ..heu..

Skrg tinggal gmn kita ngadepin buat kedepannya ntar, apa masih mau ky
skrg ato Bikin Perubahan??
